CRIMINAL CODE 1924 - SECT 118
Disobedience to lawful authority
(1) Any person who, without lawful excuse, disobeys any order, warrant,
or command duly made, issued, or given by any court, officer, or person acting
in any public capacity and duly authorized in that behalf, is guilty of a
crime. Charge: Disobedience to lawful authority.
(2) Where by any statute any such disobedience as aforesaid is in any
particular case expressly made punishable as in such statute provided, no
proceedings in respect thereof shall be taken under this section.
