(1) In this section child has the same meaning as in section 124A ;person in a position of authority has the same meaning as in section 124A .(2) Any person who is 18 years of age or older is guilty of a crime if that person is in a position of authority in relation to a child and that person performs an indecent act with, or directed at, that child.Charge: Indecent act with or directed at a child [ or young person] by a person in a position of authority.(3) Consent to an indecent act is not a defence to a charge under this section other than in circumstances where the age difference between the accused and the complainant is not more than 2 years.
