(1) In this section young person means a person under the age of 17 years.(2) A person who procures is guilty of a crime.(a) a young person to have unlawful sexual intercourse with another person, either in this State or elsewhere; or(b) another person to have unlawful sexual intercourse with a young person, either in this State or elsewhere Charge: Procuring a child [ or young person] for penetrative sexual abuse.(3) A person who procures is guilty of a crime.(a) a young person to commit an indecent act, either in this State or elsewhere; or(b) another person to do an indecent act with, or directed at, a young person, either in this State or elsewhere Charge: Procuring a child [ or young person] for indecent act.(4) In any case in which it is provided that the consent of a person to the act charged is a defence to a charge under section 124 or 125B , the like consent to an act which is the subject of the alleged procurement given under the like conditions as to the age of the parties is a defence to a charge under this section.(5) . . . . . . . .
