(1) Any person who, when a woman is delivered of a child, by any secret disposition of the dead body of the child, whether the child died before, at, or after, its birth, endeavours to conceal the birth thereof, is guilty of a crime.Charge: Concealment of birth.(2) The provisions of this section shall not apply to a case in which the child has not reached such a stage of maturity as would in the ordinary course of nature render it probable that such child would live.
