A person shall be guilty of stealing a thing, although at the time of taking or converting the same he does not intend permanently to deprive the owner thereof, if he takes or converts it dishonestly and with intent (a) to use the same, or to allow any other person to use the same, as a pledge or security;(b) to use or deal with the same in such manner that it cannot be returned to the owner in the form in which it was when he took or converted it; or(c) in the case of money, to use it at his own will, although he intends to repay to the owner an equivalent amount of money.
