Any person who unlawfully does any act or makes any omission causing damage or injury to is guilty of a crime.(a) any public reservoir, waterworks, or water-supply, or any spring or stream supplying the same;(b) any gasworks, electric light or power plant, machinery, works, or appliances used for supplying light or power to the public; or(c) any public bridge, whether over any stream or not, or any viaduct or aqueduct, over or under any of which any railway, highway, or canal shall pass, whereby any such thing as aforesaid is destroyed or rendered dangerous or impassable Charge: Unlawfully injuring a public utility.
