CRIMINAL CODE 1924 - SECT 294

   Concealing insolvency
An insolvent who –
(a) either alone or jointly with any other person obtains credit to the extent of $20 or upwards from any person without informing that person that he is an insolvent; or
(b) engages in any trade or business under a name other than that under which he became an insolvent without disclosing to all persons with whom he enters into any business transactions the name under which he became an insolvent
shall be guilty of a crime.
Charge:  
(a) Being an insolvent, obtaining credit without disclosing insolvency.
(b) Being an insolvent, changing trade name, without disclosing former name.
