(1) It shall be sufficient to describe any place, time, matter, act, or omission whatsoever to which it is necessary to refer in any indictment in ordinary language in such a manner as to indicate the same with reasonable clearness.(2) In any case in which the time or place at which any crime is alleged to have been committed cannot be stated precisely, it shall be sufficient to state the same as nearly as may be practicable.(3) In an indictment in which it is necessary to mention money, such money may be described simply as money, without specifying any particular form of money.
