CRIMINAL CODE 1924 - SECT 72
Bribery of Member of Parliament
Any person who, in order to influence a Member of either House of Parliament
in his exercise of his duty or authority as such Member, or in order to induce
him to absent himself from, the House or from any Parliamentary committee,
gives, confers, or procures, or promises or offers to give or confer, or to
procure or attempt to procure, any property or benefit of any kind to, upon,
or for such Member, or any other person, is guilty of a crime.
Charge: Bribing [ or offering to bribe] a Member of Parliament.
