CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION (EXTRA-TERRITORIAL OFFENCES) ACT 1987 - SECT 6
Offence to hinder execution of search warrant
A person who, without lawful excuse, hinders a police officer, or a person
assisting him, in the execution of a search warrant is guilty of an offence
and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units
or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or both.
