(1) The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.(2) The regulations may be made so as to (a) apply generally or be limited in their application by reference to specified exceptions or factors; or(b) apply differently according to different factors of a specified kind.(3) Regulations declaring a kind of order to be within a definition may do so by reference to the interstate serious offences involved.(4) Regulations declaring a law to be a corresponding law may provide that the declaration applies only in respect of prescribed provisions of this Act.
