A police officer may (a) enter premises; and(b) search those premises for any property-tracking document in relation to a serious offence; and(c) seize any document found in the course of the search that the police officer believes, on reasonable grounds, to be a property-tracking document in relation to a serious offence but only if the entry, search or seizure, as the case may be, is made (d) with the consent of the occupier of the premises; or(e) under a search warrant issued under section 53 .
