CRIME (CONFISCATION OF PROFITS) ACT 1993 - SECT 91

Applications for examination orders
(1)  The DPP may apply to the Supreme Court for an order for the examination of a person under this Subdivision.
(2)  An application under subsection (1) may be made ex parte.
