(1) On hearing an application under section 96 , the Supreme Court is to make an order in relation to the person or persons to whom the application relates if satisfied that (a) the property-tracking document is relevant to assessing whether or not a person's wealth is lawfully acquired; and(b) there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the document is in the possession or control of a person (the order recipient ) specified in the application.(2) A document production order may (a) require the order recipient to produce the property-tracking document specified in the order; or(b) direct the order recipient (i) to give the property-tracking document to the DPP; or(ii) to make the property-tracking document available to the DPP for inspection.(3) An order under subsection (1) is to specify the time and place for the document to be produced, given or made available.
