POLICE OFFENCES ACT 1935 - SECT 60
Commissioner's warrant
(1) It shall be lawful for the Commissioner to issue to any police
officer a general warrant, in the appropriate form set forth in Schedule II ,
authorizing such officer to search for stolen property.
(2) Every such warrant shall be signed by the Commissioner personally,
and shall remain in force, unless sooner revoked, for 6 months from the date
thereof, or for such shorter period, if any, as may be specified therein, and
shall authorize the officer therein named to exercise the powers therein set
forth.
(3) The Commissioner, at any time, may revoke any general warrant issued
by him.
