VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 1976 - SECT 26
What is a forfeiture order?
A forfeiture order is an order of a judge directing that the property of the
convicted person in respect of whom it is made, or such part of the convicted
person's property as is specified in the order, is forfeited to the State.
