If the forfeiture order applies to property of a particular kind and a law of Tasmania provides for the registration of title to, or of charges over, property of that kind (a) the State is, subject to section 28 (b) , entitled to be registered as owner of the property; and(b) the Attorney-General has power, on behalf of the State, to do or authorise the doing of anything necessary to obtain the registration of the State as owner of the property; and(c) on the written application of the Attorney-General accompanied by a sealed copy of the order, the authority responsible for administering that law is, subject to section 28 (b) , authorised and required to register the State as owner of the property.
