CRIMINAL RULES 2006 - REG 25
Notice of decisions of Court of Criminal Appeal to be given
If an appellant is in custody and is not present at the hearing of an
application in the Court of Criminal Appeal, the Registrar is to give the
appellant notice of the decision of that court in relation to the application,
unless it appears to the Registrar to be unnecessary to do so.
