CRIMINAL RULES 2006 - REG 32

Criminal proceedings under Evidence Act
(1)  For the purposes of section 7(2) of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 , criminal proceedings are before the Court if a person is committed for trial before the Court.
(2)  An application under section 7(2) of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 in relation to criminal proceedings before the Court is to be made by motion supported by an affidavit.
(3)  An application under section 8(1) of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 in relation to criminal proceedings is to be made by originating application supported by affidavit.
