CRIMES ACT 1958 - SECT 35C

A person takes part in a sexual act if—

        (a)     the person is sexually penetrated or sexually touched—

              (i)     by another person; or

              (ii)     by an animal; or

        (b)     the person sexually penetrates or sexually touches—

              (i)     another person; or

              (ii)     themselves; or

              (iii)     an animal.
