CRIMES ACT 1958 - SECT 53G

    (1)     A person (A) commits an offence if—

        (a)     A commits an offence against section 53F(1); and

        (b)     the person against whom the offence is committed (B) is under the age of 18 years; and

        (c)     A knows that B is, or probably is, under the age of 18 years.

    (2)     A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable to level 5 imprisonment (10 years maximum).
