Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The amendments made to this Act by sections 3(b), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the Justice Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 only apply with respect to findings of not guilty because of mental impairment on or after the commencement of that Act.
(2) The amendments made to this Act by sections 3(c) and 17 of the Justice Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 only apply to recordings made on or after the commencement of that Act.
