CRIMES (MENTAL IMPAIRMENT AND UNFITNESS TO BE TRIED) ACT 1997 - SECT 46

    (1)     The court, at the request of any party to the proceedings, may call a person who has made a report under section 42 to give evidence.

    (2)     A person who gives evidence under subsection (1) may be cross-examined and re-examined.
