MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 - SECT 3A

This Part applies if a person is required under this Act to give notice to the Public Interest Monitor of an application for—

        (a)     a coercive powers order; or

        (b)     an extension, variation or revocation of a coercive powers order.
