MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 - SECT 4
Authority given by coercive powers order
A coercive powers order authorises the use in accordance with this Act of
powers provided by this Act for the purpose of investigating the organised
crime offence in respect of which the order is made.
