MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 - SECT 44
Hindering or obstructing Chief Examiner or disrupting examination
A person must not—
(a) hinder or obstruct the Chief
Examiner in the exercise of his or her functions, powers or duties; or
(b) disrupt an examination before
the Chief Examiner.
Penalty: 10 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or
both.
