Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) For the purposes of the first annual report of the Victorian Inspectorate under section 61, a reference in that section to the performance of the Victorian Inspectorate's functions under this Act includes a reference to the performance of the SIM's functions under this Act during the financial year to which that report relates.
(2) In this section, "SIM" means the Special
Investigations Monitor appointed under Part 2 of the
Major Crime (Special Investigations Monitor) Act 2004 as in force immediately
before its repeal .
