SUMMARY OFFENCES ACT 1966 - SECT 47

For the purposes of section   69ZB of the Sentencing Act 1991 the court may, in assessing the value of a homing pigeon, take into account the racing record (if any) of the pigeon as well as the market value of pigeons of that type.
