SUMMARY OFFENCES ACT 1966 - SECT 65

    (1)     Section 38B as inserted by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 applies to an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the repeal of sections 12 and 13 of the Sex Work Act 1994 .

    (2)     For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one on or after the repeal of sections 12 and 13 of the Sex Work Act 1994 , the offence is alleged to have been committed before that repeal.
