VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 1996 - SECT 19

    (1)     The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal is established.

S. 19(2) amended by No. 5/2013 s. 67.

    (2)     The Tribunal consists of the Chief Magistrate and all other persons who hold the office of magistrate under section 7 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 or reserve magistrate engaged under section 9C of that Act.
