VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 1996 - SECT 22

A decision of the Tribunal is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the assignment of a magistrate or reserve magistrate engaged under section 9C of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 to constitute the Tribunal for the purpose of any particular business.
