VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 1996 - SECT 23

There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 —

        (a)     a principal registrar of the Tribunal; and

        (b)     registrars of the Tribunal; and

        (c)     deputy registrars of the Tribunal; and

S. 23(ca) inserted by No 35/2020 s. 6.

        (ca)     Tribunal officers, being officers of the Tribunal who—

              (i)     are legally qualified; or

              (ii)     have the requisite skills or experience to carry out the functions of a Tribunal officer; and

        (d)     as many other staff as are necessary for the effective operation of the Tribunal.
