Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAn amendment of this Act made by section 12 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Victims of Crime Assistance and Other Matters) Act 2010 applies to proceedings in the Tribunal occurring on or after the commencement of that section, irrespective of whether the application was made to the Tribunal before or after that commencement.
