Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The CEO may at any
time request that a compensation application be stayed because a prosecution
for an alleged offence to which the compensation application relates has been
or is about to be commenced.
(2) On such a request
an assessor may stay the compensation application for such period as the
assessor decides.
