Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) At any time after
a compensation award is made in relation to an offence the CEO may apply to
the Chief Assessor for a compensation reimbursement order against a person who
has been convicted of the offence, subject to any order made under
section 45(1).
(2) An application may
be made under subsection (1) whether or not the CEO has given the offender a
notice under section 49.
