CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION ACT 2003 - SECT 62A

62A .         Assessor may conduct hearing

        (1)         This section does not affect section 24.

        (2)         If he or she thinks fit, an assessor may conduct a hearing in respect of any question that an assessor may decide under this Act.
