CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION ACT 2003 - SECT 69

69 .         Debts due to State, recovery of

        (1)         A debt due to the State under section 23(4) or 68 may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction.

        (2)         Any such debt that is paid or recovered must be credited to the Consolidated Account.
