Evidence of how an
identifying procedure was done is admissible in proceedings in court against a
person —
(a) to
establish or rebut an allegation that unreasonable force was used to do the
procedure; or
(b) in
connection with deciding the admissibility of a confession or other evidence
adverse to the person that the person alleges was induced or obtained by the
use of unreasonable force; or
(c) to
establish or rebut an allegation that the procedure was not done in accordance
with this Act.
