In this Part —
authorised officer , in relation to a
participating jurisdiction, means a person holding an office in that
jurisdiction that is prescribed under section 88;
corresponding law means a law prescribed under
section 88 to be a corresponding law;
forensic order means an order or warrant, made or
issued under a corresponding law in respect of a person, that authorises the
examination of, and the obtaining of material from, the person’s body
for forensic purposes;
participating jurisdiction means another State, a
Territory or the Commonwealth in which a corresponding law is in force;
Registrar means a person prescribed under
section 88 to be the Registrar.
