(1) In this section
—
registered forensic order means a forensic order
that is registered under section 89 for the purposes of this Part.
(2) A registered
forensic order has effect in this State according to its terms and, subject to
this section, may be carried out accordingly.
(3) A police officer
may carry out a registered forensic order in this State.
(4) If a registered
forensic order authorises the carrying out of an identifying procedure on a
person, the procedure must be done in accordance with Part 8.
(5) If a registered
forensic order authorises the carrying out of acts on a person other than acts
that may be done in the course of an identifying procedure under this Act, the
order must be carried out in accordance with the corresponding law under which
it was made.
