(1) For the purpose of
enabling a freezing notice or freezing order to be registered under a
corresponding law of another State or a Territory, the notice or order may be
expressed to apply to property in the State or Territory.
(2) The notice or
order does not apply to property in another State or a Territory except to the
extent that —
(a) a
corresponding law of the State or Territory provides that the notice or order
has effect in the State or Territory when it is registered under that law; or
(b) if
the property is moveable — when the order took effect, the property was
not located in a State or Territory in which a corresponding law is in force.
