Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An agency special
purpose account called the Confiscation Proceeds Account is established under
section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 .
(2) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating
the financial administration, audit and reporting of departments apply to the
Confiscation Proceeds Account.
(3) For the purposes
of section 52 of the Financial Management Act 2006 , the administration of
the Confiscation Proceeds Account is to be regarded as a service of the
department principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this
Act.
