(1) The CCC may
delegate to an officer of the CCC the performance of any of the functions of
the CCC under this Act, except the following —
(a) the
power to make an order under section 58(1);
(b) the
power to examine a person under oath;
(c) this
power of delegation.
(2) A delegation
—
(a) must
be made by written instrument; and
(b) is
made on behalf of and subject to the direction and control of the CCC; and
(c) may
be made generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument.
