Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed,
for giving effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the regulations may —
(a)
provide for carrying out the destruction of property under an order under
section 93; and
(b)
provide for carrying out the sale of deteriorating property under an order
under section 94; and
(c)
provide for obtaining possession of confiscated property; and
(d)
provide for the storage and management of confiscated property; and
(e)
provide for the disposal of confiscated property that has vested in the State;
and
(f)
authorise persons or persons in a class of persons to carry out any or all of
the functions of a police officer under this Act.
