Property is
confiscable for the purposes of this Act if the property is —
(a)
owned or effectively controlled, or has at any time been given away, by a
person who has unexplained wealth; or
(b)
owned or effectively controlled, or has at any time been given away, by a
person who has acquired a criminal benefit; or
(c)
crime-used property; or
(d)
crime-derived property; or
(e)
owned or effectively controlled, or has at any time been given away, by a
declared drug trafficker.
