6 . When property
is confiscated
Property is
confiscated when it is given or taken in satisfaction of a person’s
liability under section 14, 20 or 24 to pay the amount specified in an
unexplained wealth declaration, a criminal benefits declaration or a
crime-used property substitution declaration.
