CRIMINAL PROPERTY CONFISCATION ACT 2000 - SECT 69

69 .         Contravening monitoring order or suspension order, offence

                A person commits an offence if the person knowingly —

            (a)         contravenes a monitoring order or suspension order; or

            (b)         provides false or misleading information in purported compliance with the order.

        Penalty: $100 000.
