(1) On hearing an
objection to the confiscation of frozen property, the court may set aside the
freezing notice or freezing order to the extent permitted under section 82, 83
or 84.
(2) However, if the
property was frozen on 2 or more grounds, but the court does not set aside the
freezing notice or freezing order in relation to both or all the grounds, the
freezing notice or freezing order continues in force as if it had been made on
each remaining ground.
