Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Public Trustee
may make an agreement for the management of property frozen under a registered
interstate freezing order with an official who is required under the order to
take control of the property.
(2) The Public Trustee
may perform, in accordance with the agreement, the same functions in relation
to the property as the official would be able to perform under the order if
the property were in the State in which the order was made.
