CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION (IDENTIFYING PEOPLE) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 5A

5A .         Disclosure of identifying information (s. 73(1)(n))

                For section 73(1)(n) of the Act, the following purposes are prescribed —

            (a)         the Australian Crime Commission’s national policing information functions under the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 (Commonwealth);

            (b)         a review, special inquiry or investigation under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 Part 3A Division 3;

            (c)         an investigation, inspection or audit under the Health Services Act 2016 Part 13 or an inquiry conducted under section 183 of that Act.
